Getting started
CoreParcel is a web-based multi-carrier shipping platform. You can compare rates, buy and print labels, track shipments and manage your shipping spend in one place.
Click "Get started" at the top of any page. Add your ship-from address and load credit, and you can create your first label right away.
No. CoreParcel runs in your web browser. You only need a printer: a thermal label printer or a regular office printer both work.
Carriers & rates
USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL, plus Canada Post, Purolator, Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, GLS, Australia Post, Japan Post, Singapore Post, SF Express, Aramex, Asendia, GlobalPost, GOFO and Cirro. See the carriers page.
CoreParcel gives you access to commercial pricing that carriers offer to shipping platforms, which is typically lower than walk-in retail prices.
Yes, on the Enterprise plan. Contact sales and we'll help connect your negotiated rates.
Labels & shipments
Yes. Upload a CSV or Excel file and CoreParcel will rate and create labels for every row. Rows with problems are flagged before you pay.
You can void an unused label from your shipment history. The refund is returned to your balance once the carrier approves it, according to that carrier's void policy.
Every label comes with a tracking number, and all shipments appear in your dashboard with their latest status, whichever carrier you used.
Billing
You add funds to your CoreParcel balance, and each label you buy is deducted from it. Your transaction history shows every top-up, label charge, refund and carrier adjustment.
Yes. Starter is free for up to 100 shipments a month. You only pay for the labels you buy.
Yes, at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
International
Yes. You can ship to 200+ countries and territories. Customs declarations are generated from the item details you enter.
By default the recipient pays duties on delivery (DDU). Where the carrier supports it, you can choose to prepay duties (DDP) so your customer has nothing to pay.
