Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the CoreParcel website and platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms.

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

2. The service

CoreParcel lets you compare shipping rates across participating carriers, purchase and print labels, and track shipments from one dashboard. CoreParcel is a technology platform, not a carrier — carriers are solely responsible for the collection, transportation and delivery of your shipments.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to:

  • Ship only items that are permitted by the chosen carrier and by applicable law.
  • Declare package contents, weight, dimensions and value accurately.
  • Follow each carrier's own terms, conditions and packaging requirements.
  • Not use the Service to ship hazardous materials, illegal goods, firearms, counterfeit items, live animals or other items prohibited or restricted by a carrier, unless you have obtained all required approvals.
  • Not misuse the Service — including attempting to defraud a carrier or CoreParcel, interfering with the platform's operation, or scraping or reverse-engineering the Service.

We may suspend or remove shipments, labels or accounts that violate this section.

4. Prepaid credit and payments

  • Labels are paid from your prepaid balance at the rate shown when you buy.
  • Carriers may apply adjustments after shipping (for example, for incorrect weight or dimensions). These are charged to your balance.
  • Refunds for voided labels follow each carrier's void policy.
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Prepaid balances do not earn interest and are non-transferable between accounts.

5. Carriers and claims

Carriers are responsible for transporting and delivering your shipments. CoreParcel is not a carrier and is not liable for delays, loss or damage caused by a carrier. Claims for lost, delayed or damaged shipments are handled under the relevant carrier's own policies; we will reasonably assist you in filing such claims where we can.

6. Intellectual property

CoreParcel and its licensors own all rights, title and interest in the Service, including its software, design and content. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own shipping needs. You retain ownership of the shipment and account data you provide to us.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that rates, transit times or carrier information shown in the Service are error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoreParcel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. CoreParcel's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three months before the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CoreParcel harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your shipments, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to CoreParcel, a carrier or other users. Any remaining prepaid balance will be handled in line with section 4.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before pursuing a formal legal claim, you agree to first contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify you by email or through the platform, and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and CoreParcel regarding the Service.
